The issue I had was buying a brand new $38,000 car and having the engine light come on at 129 miles. Stuff happens…I understand that but when I brought it to their attention I felt like I was treated like having the engine light come on at 129 miles. Stuff happens…I understand that but when I brought it to their attention I felt like I was treated like the car had a 129,000 miles on it. They wanted the car in the shop for 2 days with no loaner available. The earliest that would happen was December 26…two weeks out. And when I explained that I was concerned about breaking down somewhere over Christmas they assured me the I had towing available from Ford. Not the level of customer service I was expecting at that point…I can hardly wait to see what level I get at 129,000 miles. More

Had my oil change today . Then asked the service representative if they could take a look at my tire pressure in all my tires, fill them accordingly. I believe that it’s a little absurd that to check air pressure and fill was to much to ask , with out an additional charge . More

I originally gave 5 stars but I regret that now. I bought a lemon from this dealership and it’s past time for me to return the vehicle. $9000 worth of repairs due to something that was out on the Fo I bought a lemon from this dealership and it’s past time for me to return the vehicle. $9000 worth of repairs due to something that was out on the Ford TSB that was never cared for. I’m now dealing with bad CAM phasers (Campaigns 21N03 & 21B10) leaky struts, bad battery, defective hood latch setting off the alarm. Looks like they mickeyed the vehicle to sell and last past the lemon law timeframe so I couldn’t return the vehicle. Buyer beware, AVOUD THUS DEALERSHIP. More
