I had a really pleasant experience. I was contacted by the dealership. I wasn't looking as I had purchased a new vehicle 2 years prior. Ron was very disrespectful towards my time. Was handed a home run and struck out. I agreed upon a truck and signed the dotted line. The truck that showed up wasnt the one I wanted. Not once was it communicated to me that a change had taken place with the truck I wanted. Ron tried to interrupt at all times when talking to the sales manager. Ron single handedly ruined the deal and the dealerships reputation in one fowl swoop. Then they proceeded to lie that the truck I am buying from another dealership doesn't exist. More
