Came in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter replacement on my 2025 Kia Sorento. Overall, the visit was smooth, efficient, and pretty painless — mostly thanks to Ron, who did a cabin air filter replacement on my 2025 Kia Sorento. Honestly, if calm competence were an Olympic sport, Ron would be bringing home gold. He made the whole process easy and set expectations clearly from the start. Now, let’s talk about the cabin air filter — or as I now lovingly call it, the luxury air upgrade. At $95, that little filter felt like it should come with complimentary spa music and a personal thank‑you note. After doing a bit of homework, I’ve since learned that many Kia dealers and service centers charge significantly less for the same service, and the filter itself isn’t exactly a rare gemstone. That said, the service itself was solid, the facility was clean, and Ron absolutely carried the front‑end experience. Dishod is great at selling cars but don’t expect to hear from him or receive his help afterwards. The cars financing department sold me an extended warranty that was absolutely useless, lied about everythin from him or receive his help afterwards. Ended up having to go back and cancel it to get my money back, they also tried to scam me out of $400 by making me pay for a second key that THEY LEGALLY OWED ME. The “manager” tried to tell me that the legal binding contract I had was “very misleading” and even pointed me in the direction to purchase aftermarket keys. So instead I walked around to the service department and wouldn’t you know I was given 0 issues in having a new key made free of charge. Absolutely don’t buy a car from here. More

I had an excellent experience on my first visit for an oil change. I worked with service advisor Ron M., and he was friendly, honest, and easy to talk to.
