I have been writing estimates for over 25 years. I was born in Akron, OH and raised in Hartville, OH. I spent most of my career in Ohio besides being in the Army. I enjoy golf, bowling, biking, walking on the beach, antique shopping, dancing, festivals, carnivals and swimming. I have been around cars all my life and enjoy seeing the look on the customer's face when they see their vehicle done and back to the way it was before an accident and most of the time better than when they drop it off.

This dealership repaired my Acadia after I had hit a deer. Highly satisfied with the service that I received from them. My vehicle wasn’t safe to drive while waiting to get it in for the repairs so the deer. Highly satisfied with the service that I received from them. My vehicle wasn’t safe to drive while waiting to get it in for the repairs so the dealership even arranged for Enterprise to come to me at the body shop and got me into a rental vehicle the same day. Repairs were finished on time and the work they did was done with precision. Highly recommend this body shop for repairs - they provided great service from start to finish! More

Post sale reflection was that we were "sold" on a vehicle that was not very nearly what we had asked them to find for us. Truly felt manipulated by sales. The Body Shop team on the other hand was exce that was not very nearly what we had asked them to find for us. Truly felt manipulated by sales. Campbell Ford sent a mobile team to my home to do several factory updates and because it was necessary to replace part of the driver’s door, they were very accommodating to arrange a rental car while mine wa factory updates and because it was necessary to replace part of the driver’s door, they were very accommodating to arrange a rental car while mine was being repaired and painted.
