I would give a zero to this place. I’ve purchased from different dealerships in the past and by far they are the worst. Poor customer service in service department. Sold me a warranty I’ve purchased from different dealerships in the past and by far they are the worst. Poor customer service in service department. Sold me a warranty but warranty doesn’t cover anything. When car is in shop they are supposed to give you a loaner car. Never have one to give. Damaged my car and did not take responsibility. Instead they were rude and pushed me out the shop. Call police will take legal action. Beware More

Took 4 months to get my car part in. I never got updates from them regarding the part arriving. I had to consistently call and find out what was going on. I even had to speak to the inventory department dir from them regarding the part arriving. I had to consistently call and find out what was going on. I even had to speak to the inventory department directly. When I did finally get to bring my car back for them to do the repair, it took twice as long as I was originally told. No advisor talked to me as I was waiting to give me updates on where they were with it. Worst customer service I have ever had with dealerships. More
