Tire check I requested the works which included a tire check and rotation. Two days later my low tire pressure light came on. I check my tires and two had only I requested the works which included a tire check and rotation. Two days later my low tire pressure light came on. I check my tires and two had only 25 psi and two had 30 psi. The recommended psi is 34. It is obvious the tire psi was not checked by the person who performed my work. My wife and I are leaving for a road trip and I am disappointed in the work. I have my vechicles services regularly at your dealership so I don’t have to worry about trouble on the road I would expect your vehicle inspection to be accurate and complete. Terrible customer service I had a recall that needed a quick fix and was told to bring my car in early in the morning. I walked into the service office and four guys were worki I had a recall that needed a quick fix and was told to bring my car in early in the morning. I walked into the service office and four guys were working away at their computers and it took about 4-5 awkward minutes before I was even acknowledged! Then when I picked the car up in the afternoon, I got the exact same treatment. I was then directed to see the cashier, so I walked up and she was taking some notes and it took her a good minutes to minute and a half to finish her notes, stuff them in a file and then ask how she could help me. No, “I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing. I am sure she was aware I was there. Then I was given a receipt and sent back to the service center where someone would bring my car to me. It took nearly 10 minutes for my car to be brought to me, although I could see it parked just outside the doors and I could have easily walked to it and moved forward with my day. Terrible experience!! Avoid the service department at all costs unless you enjoy rude employees and bad customer service. More
