The worst experience. My car was in shop 4 times for same problem. Initially said car needed rear door actuators for fob to properly own & close doors. This was $1300 and My car was in shop 4 times for same problem. Initially said car needed rear door actuators for fob to properly own & close doors. This was $1300 and problem was unchanged . Last visit car was in shop for 6 days & they finally decided electric module needed replacement for additional $800. During the multiple visits I. Called or texted approximately 15 times to see progress on car. They never called or texted me with status. I called manager to tell him his service department was terrible & never updated me. He said they were great & would make sure they called immediately. Of course they never called. Finally on day 6 I drove 40 minutes to get update & at that time said something was wrong in electrical system that couldn’t track down so ordered a new electrical module for $800. Part was due in 3-5 days but turned out it was not arriving for 9 days & car was being transported north in 7 days without the new electric module. I was planning on replacing car in fall & assure you I will never look at a Mazda More

Roger provided me efficient and informative service. I was provided my oil change and filter and vehicle inspection. It was recommended that I change my air filters which I have done on my own. Naples Mazda has never attempted to add on additional repairs or services. I appreciate the straightforward honest service I receive from Roger and his service team at Naples Mazda. More

One hour and 45 minutes for just an oil change is absurd. Also, it sat in the service bay because the service tech didn’t know how to drive a stick shift, so couldn’t bring it out when he finally finished! Manager didn't care. Was told service would be 1 hour they took car 2 hours later. Wanted estimate was told it would cost $200. Defective screen which was documented a Was told service would be 1 hour they took car 2 hours later. Wanted estimate was told it would cost $200. Defective screen which was documented all over internet callously dismissed. Recalled up to 2016 not 2017. No apologies. Navigation system wouldn't load when car picked up took awhile until they disconnected/ reconnected battery. Again no apology. Will never go to again More
