Wow, where to start. My experience at this dealership was fantastic. From my initial contact with my salesman Rodney. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at. Helped find me the best fit and options for my needs. Would recommend him to anyone as a great starting point. Once we found the vehicle it was off to see Harry Anthony to figure out all the financial information. Harry was also excellent in his ability to explain all my options and answered any lingering questions I had about payment options which made me feel very comfortable with my payment plan. I really appreciated his patience in working with me and would highly recommend his expertise for anyone looking to find a way into the car of there dreams. Once everything was finalized I was then introduced to another amazing staff member, Dorottya Fellegi. She was to be my vehicle delivery expert, and that she was. Dorottya was also amazing in her knowledge of the vehicle and her ability to explain all the options and abilities of the vehicle were second to none. I had a lot of questions and she was graciously optimistic in helping me understand all the new features of my CR-V. She had a great attitude and was a delight to work with and a real cherry on top of my whole experience. I couldn’t be more appreciative of everyone at the dealership who made this whole experience a fun, hassle free thrill for me. First & foremost, Hondas are the very best autos. Mr. Hailey, Mr. Carter & Mrs. Kapfer were excellent . I would recommend this dealership. Robbie Hailey was my salesman. He was very friendly & answered all of my questions. Ryan Carter was the finance manager & the process was very informative & easy to complete. Brook Kepfer was my delivery specialist. She reviewed the accessories & made sure that I had a understanding of how to access & operate them. Brook was very pleasant & assisted in connecting my phone & set my radio preferences. I was a little disappointed that the sensor package was not the same as what I had on my Accord model. Robbie Hailey & the manager Shawn worked to have a rear sensor included for my CR-V at no additional cost. I really appreciated the extra effort. I was under the assumption that the "touring" package on all Hondas was the same. I did not realize that it was different depending on the model. This is the 6th Honda that I have purchased starting in 1978. Needless to say, I love Hondas. However, I do wish that Honda Corporation would offer more safety sensors & heads up display on the CR-V. I am pleased with my purchase & would recommend the individuals who assisted me in the purchase of my new vehicle. Robbie, Ryan & Brook will insure that you are as happy as I am with your Honda ! More

An absolutely dreadful car-buying experience with Rodney. I wanted to trade my 2017 BMW X3 in on a used Tesla, and instead of letting me know the bank was concerned it would put me too far upside down, he le I wanted to trade my 2017 BMW X3 in on a used Tesla, and instead of letting me know the bank was concerned it would put me too far upside down, he left me sitting at his desk for nearly 45 minutes until I called him to ask me what was going on. I finally left and he called me hours later telling me that I needed a bigger down payment to make the deal work. However, after how I was treated with such disregard not only for my time, but me as a consumer, there was no way I was going to do business with him or Honda World. More
