Although Rodney brought in management (thanks Richard) we were never pressured to purchase. In the business office Brandon quickly explained various maintenance options but didn't didn't pressure us and we were in and out with our (almost) new Lexus. I was hesitant to buy my new vehicle as it was across state lines; however, the dealership brought in the vehicle that I wanted so that I could look at it and make a decision with no pressure. I got a great deal on the car that I wanted and it was no hassle. As long as I am in the area I will continue to do business with this dealership.
