Robert is always friendly and personable. It’s nice to come in and see the same staff. They’re all so kind and it feels like coming on and talking old friends. Small town feel. Very kind and generous in the dealing with my new car I bought from them. They were able to fix 2 of my 4 issues I felt was a warranty issue. They didn't stick me with a huge bill. I scheduled a service appointment to find out I was in a queue that lasted 3 days before anyone looked at my vehicle. I had a TPMS error that took another 2 days to diagnose and $400 just to identify the pr queue that lasted 3 days before anyone looked at my vehicle. I had a TPMS error that took another 2 days to diagnose and $400 just to identify the problem, which I had already pointed out. Then it was another 3 days to get the part and then another day to install. All totaled I was without my truck 12 days and it cost me $1,800. The problem was fixed (hence 2 stars), but not without back and forth conversations with service on status. This is the second time I have had a less than good experience with Royal Moore Service. In the future if I need service I will look for another certified GMC service shop. More
