Service department was great. They kept me updated on the status of my car and let me use a loaner car while repairs were done. Royal Moore's Service Department did a great job sleuthing out a rattle on my new car. They have my appreciation for being so kind and helpful during my visits to the service center. Jacquelyn Oro sleuthing out a rattle on my new car. They have my appreciation for being so kind and helpful during my visits to the service center. Jacquelyn Orozco-Contrer was my patient service advisor, and Robert Tew / Wesley Sengchanh helped pin down the problem. I much appreciate the rental / loner program so I could leave my car with them but still make it to work. Thanks to all! More
