The first set of numbers that Omar put in front of me made me flinch a little because the interest rate was 7.99% I have a credit score of 851 so..... I asked him to take that into account and he redid the quote instantly. We haggled about a few other things so he had to redo the final agreement more than once, but he did it with a smile on his face. Royal Moore is perfect! More

I spent most of my time working with Evelyn who was by far the best (friendliest and attentive) sales person I've ever dealt with. Due to a very busy night, I ended up processing everything with Cristian, who was equally as friendly and helpful. Both Evelyn and Cristian went out of their way to make my experience the best it could possibly be... both of them were a ton of fun. I honestly never thought I'd be writing a positive, let-a-lone a "glowing" review of a car dealership, but what can I say... every once in a while you a find diamond in the rough. This was obnoxious and ended our experience on a sour note. It was a good thing Jorge was so amazing, or we’d have taken our business elsewhere. More
