Robert Tew at Royal Moore Mazda's service department was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained every detail to what needs to be done to properly service my vehicle. Their service video is helpful, because it shows what the mechanic is doing while inspecting your vehicle. Great job, keep it up! Additional, I love their coffee machine and it's free! More

It came in for 2 svc bulletins, it was getting an oil change, so I asked for new wipers and air filters, while it was there. None of that got done, when I picked it up, the check engine light was on. The light was not on when I dropped it off, I had to bring it back and they took it back in the shop. The svc dept is polite and gave me the use of a vehicle, which I appreciate. Communication on status via text was good. More
