He was very personable and knowledgeable which made my experience very positive. The financial guy, Robert was super fast and efficient and didn't try to talk me into getting anything extra. Kevin, who explained all the bells and whistles inside the car, didn't talk down to me even though I know nothing about gadgets. He explained everything very well. I was very apprehensive about buying a new car since I have had bad experiences in the past, but today has changed my opinion. When I need my next new car, I will be returning to W & L. More

My only complaint would be that when it comes additional warranty coverage, the customer should be given this information as soon as possible. There is an enormous array of options for tack-on insurance coverages, etc. Each of these options incurs additional fees. When a customer is considering a purchase it's important to be able to factor in all of this information. I was not cued into any of these potential options until right before signing my financing agreement (although I had a number of days to consider the based financing). Because of that, I simply declined all additional options and was left with the feeling that a large purchase was made in haste. Apart from that, great service and a very nice lot. More
