Great Service I searched on line various dealerships inventory and pricing. W & L Subaru had the best of both. It was a little over an hours drive but well worth I searched on line various dealerships inventory and pricing. W & L Subaru had the best of both. It was a little over an hours drive but well worth it in the best weather, but of course this was our first big snowfall of 2018. I like the Subaru because of their high safety rating in accidents. I had an Outback for almost 7 years and totalled it the week before. The first person we met was George who goes over your vehicles at delivery with you. George was very friendly and told us he was not a salesman that he would get someone for us. Scott came to help us and we talked about the Outback and Impreza. After talking with Scott we decided to look at the Impreza which I had concerns since it was a small car, but Scott and another salesman reassured me that all SUbarus are very safe vehicles. Scott cleared the snow from the car and brought it around for us to look at and drive. We decided on the Impreza which we picked up over the weekend. When we picked the vehicle up George went over everything with us and asked if we had questions. We were told to call or email either Scott or George if we have any questions. The dealership building looks new. They had a lounge where they had coffee, tea, water, juices, snacks and tv available to everyone. Even had a nice play area for children. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have already. Nice job guys. More

Super Easy, Fast, and Fair We knew we were looking for a reliable car and have heard great things about Subaru. That was literally ALL we knew. A friend suggested a trip to W&L We knew we were looking for a reliable car and have heard great things about Subaru. That was literally ALL we knew. A friend suggested a trip to W&L and now we know why. We went in and talked a little bit with Kyle and he helped figure out exactly what we wanted/needed/fit in our budget. We drove it, loved it, and over the next day or two we were able to work through all of the details and get a great price, all over the phone/email. Kyle called and let us know everything was ready, we went in and signed and were out with our new car in less time than it took us to drive to the dealer. It was one of the best experiences either of us has ever had, and we’ve had many! More

College daughter One of our daughters totaled her car( which was a 2009 Subaru Impreza) She was ok. We needed to replace her car and she still wanted to get another Subaru. I’ve been told by my niece Ashley Ruiz and friend Brittany Pierce to check out W and L because they both got Subaru’s there. So I did and emailed and messaged Donna quite few times back and forth I originally had one picked out but the day I set up to go look at it it was sold. So I messaged Sonna and said we wouldn’t be coming out for now. It’s about an hour away from where we live. But my daughter found one she was interested in so although working 12 hours that day and yet to get any sleep, we drove out to W and L never having been there before but Donna set me up with Scott Mertz and he was waiting for us when we arrived. We checked out another Impreza and I’d say within an hour we were ready to do some paperwork. We own an Outback, Forester and now another Impreza. I. The future I’m looking forward to buying another Forester for myself and my wife is also thinking on buying another Forester as well. More

Decent experience but not exceptional Overall it was a good experience. I specifically asked before i signed if vehicle it gas tank would be full. I was assured it would be but when we got Overall it was a good experience. I specifically asked before i signed if vehicle it gas tank would be full. I was assured it would be but when we got in vehicle to leave it was only 3/4 full. Also being a mechanic i noticed the coolant reservoir was not full. The dealership did not have the correct coolant available to fill. These issues only cost $30.00 so i didn't make a huge deal out of it, but will take into consideration for next vehicle purchase. I will say Kyle "seemed" to be willing to take care these issues out of his own pocket, but was more than reluctant that I declined as i felt it was the dealerships job to take care of these problems. Lastly I hope management actually reads these comments and aren't just looking for a five star rating. More

Excellent dealership experience My wife and I recently visited WandL Subaru in Northumberland, PA. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. It started with Internet searc My wife and I recently visited WandL Subaru in Northumberland, PA. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. It started with Internet searching and contact by Donna Gallo. While we had less than favorable experiences elsewhere, we were encouraged to come see the difference. She wasn't kidding. We were treated so well by everyone at the dealership, that made what could be a stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We were met by Mike Rourke, who was our sales representative, and he couldn't have been nicer. Very good listener and worked to get us the best deal he could. Both the sales manager and finance person were also nice to deal with. Everyone in service is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help us out. Finally, we were offered (and agreed to) a return visit to the dealership for a new customer follow up. This gave us time to address any questions that came up in the first couple weeks of ownership. Kevin is a treasure trove of information - her really knows the Subaru features and operating procedures. We have NEVER experienced this level of customer care AFTER the sale as we did at W&L Subaru. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal and to be treated with respect and courtesy. You will NOT be disappointed! More
