I brought my 2019 Cadillac Escalade to the Zeigler Buick and GMC dealer on July 3, 2025, for a problem with my Lane Keep Assist (LKA). They said it was my Actuator and Module that needed replacement. The jo and GMC dealer on July 3, 2025, for a problem with my Lane Keep Assist (LKA). They said it was my Actuator and Module that needed replacement. The job was not done because that was not the problem. Instead, they stole parts out of my car and even attempted to steal my LoJack system. Guys, if you take your vehicle to Zeigler Buick GMC dealer service at 6900 N. McCormick, Lincolnwood. You must be very careful. These guys swapped vehicle parts that are in for service. My 2019 Cadillac Escalade, with 42,000 miles, drove like a 1978 Chevy Tahoe after the service. They cracked my differential pinion seal and swapped my front upper control arm with another vehicle. These lowlifes even try to steal my LoJack system. I brought the incident to Robert, the incompetent, clueless service advisor, and his response was “I will find you a loaner” as if a loaner was the problem. They even scammed the warranty company for $933.97 for the service they did not perform. STAY AWAY from this dealership. They are criminals! More

I had the worst experience ever and most certainly won’t return. I sat there 3.5 hours before anyone got back to me. It took me approaching the desk for an update. Had I not inquired, how long would I have return. I sat there 3.5 hours before anyone got back to me. It took me approaching the desk for an update. Had I not inquired, how long would I have sat there? The service guy said it took a while to get the machine working but why not say that ahead of time? I wasted 4 hours of my only off day. I wasn’t offered a coupon, or any compensation at all. No one apologized for my inconvenience. Furthermore, they didn’t even want to wash my car. The guy said he didn’t want the locks to freeze. So, I don’t know if I received poor service because my car is ancient, I am woman, because I am Caribbean, or because Ziegler is inept. I wish I could rate this business lower than a one star. You were a true disappointment. More
