My service on Saturday was great! However about 3 weeks ago I had a warning that my tire air pressure was low. I took it over to the service department and the service person tested However about 3 weeks ago I had a warning that my tire air pressure was low. I took it over to the service department and the service person tested all my tires and looked at my tires and said there was nothing wrong with tires and put in air to the one tire that was low. The next morning the warning was again showing low tire pressure. This time I took it to Discount Tire and they found 2 small holes in the tire that was low. I needed a new tire. I was not happy that I had to waste a lot of time at both places. This should have been found when you looked at it the first time. More

I brought my car in for an issue with the air conditioner, the car was taken in on time and promptly worked on for it being an extremely busy day. The service rep was very kind and communicative, conditioner, the car was taken in on time and promptly worked on for it being an extremely busy day. The service rep was very kind and communicative, the provided information on my car was detailed and clear, and my air conditioner no longer has the issue that I came in for! Mile High is always very kind and very transparent about any costs associated with maintenance performed. This particular issue was covered under warranty but other work I have had done on my car is absolutely reasonably priced and well done. More
