Bob Pearce did an excellent job. I was out of town and Reno was hit with a blizzard. The parts were overnighted from Vegas and when I arrived back in town, the car was ready. I had emailed and expressed my concerns about my visit to a senior advisor that I had previously worked with and had a great experience with. In my emails and texts I clearly expressed my concerns about Rob a senior advisor that I had previously worked with and had a great experience with. In my emails and texts I clearly expressed my concerns about Robert Pearce. Stated clearly in the emails due to lack of professionalism I had lost trust and I didn't wish to have any further contact with Robert to complete the repairs on my vehicle. However, my request and emails were ignored and completely dismissed. So it was clear that my business wasn't welcomed at the dealership. I could have chosen speak to management, but seeing how the senior advisor chose to handle the situation, going to management would only escalate the discomfort of returning. Plus, I answered multiple surveys and expressed my dissatisfaction. No one contacted me. If I was contacted, there may have been a resolution and an oppertunity for possible consideration to return to complete the repairs. It wasnt due to lack of trying from my end. It was lack of follow through from the senior advisor and the dealership. It is beautiful dealership, however, I did not have a beautiful experience. More
