Very unhappy I bought used car and having problems with it since the day one, they did promise to fix it but never did. They took the car 3 times kept every time for couple of days and the car is not fixed. They do not return my phone calls, like everything is ok. I trusted them when they said that this car is in perfect condition( certified vehicle), this is not how you tread other customers. I am very unhappy with how they treated me in Hoffman Honda. More

I believe he was trying to give us the best deal he could and we walked away happy. I was not happy with how long the manager took to get back to us. I know you have to "do the dance" when buying a car but it was exhausting!! Almost three hours, when we had our car picked out in the first five minutes and we did not finance it. In the end, we were both happy. I wish there was not so much heel dragging. More
