They must be doing something right Having dealt with various dealers over the years , I keep coming back to Hoffman. Not only for a fair deal,but the people who work there. Fair Friendly, professional and observant to our need is what keep this place percolating . Lets face it a Honda is a Honda is a Honda. Reliable and a good value. What makes Hoffman Honda Special? The people our sales rep went above and beyond to earn our business Robert Oleskewicz could not have been more professional and couteous. Yes if was a long drawn out process but he never was over bearing or condescending. So this is the third or fourth Honda I have bought here along with cars from their other stores and Robert is the current iteration of what Hoffman does best , yes it sells cars but it the people. who are the heart and soul of Hoffman Honda. Didn't Think I'd Walk Away With A New Car! I went into Hoffman Honda just looking around and not expecting much. Initially the price was out of my budget so I figured there was no way I would b I went into Hoffman Honda just looking around and not expecting much. Initially the price was out of my budget so I figured there was no way I would be walking away with a new car that day. Robert Oleskewicz was a great salesman to work with and really got to know what I wanted and needed. He was very excited, yet professional to help me find the car I wanted and he was able to work with me on the price I needed. It was a great first experience buying a car and I would definitely go back to Hoffman down the road. More

Great Experience @ Hoffman Honda I went into Hoffman Honda last Friday for an oil change on my 2012 Honda Civic. My lease was ending soon, and I wanted to start looking into options I went into Hoffman Honda last Friday for an oil change on my 2012 Honda Civic. My lease was ending soon, and I wanted to start looking into options for when that time arrived. I walked over to the showroom floor to look at the new models. I was greeted by Robert Oleskewicz, who asked me if I needed any help. I explained to Robert that my lease would be ending next year, and that I wanted to start looking into options. Robert took me out to see the new CR-V models and I fell in love with a white 2016 CR-V. Robert was very knowledgable and walked me through all of the awesome safety features and tech options. Rob was very well-versed and genuinely excited about everything Honda has to offer without being pushy. After our test drive, it was time to talk numbers. As I was not expecting to trade in my Civic, I didn't have a lot to put down as a down payment. Robert was able to work with Jason Gunn (Sales Manager), and David Ezedine (Business Manager) to get me the lowest possible monthly payment. When it appeared as though the car of my dreams would be out of my reach, David assured me that he would personally speak to the supervisor at Honda Financial Services first thing Monday morning. Although that meant I couldn't take the SUV home with me that same day, I trusted that David would advocate for me, and that the wait would be worth it. I was right! David called me Monday afternoon to tell me the good news. I was so excited! The next morning, Robert walked me through the trade-in process and even made sure my iPhone was paired. After what felt like an eternity of signing and initialing documents, I was able to drive off in my new baby!!!! I am so grateful to the entire team at Hoffman Honda, especially Robert. If you are looking to get into a Honda, Hoffman is the place to go. Robert is the man to see if you're looking for a no-pressure salesman who really knows his stuff. He's a rockstar. Tell him Ruthie sent you!!! More

LOST CUSTOMER-- BAD SALES EXPERIENCE On Monday 2/22/16 I visited this dealership to have my oil changed but I also was nearing the end of a lease I was in so I thought I would look around On Monday 2/22/16 I visited this dealership to have my oil changed but I also was nearing the end of a lease I was in so I thought I would look around at the inventory. I had purchased my last 12 to 14 cars at HOFFMAN as my past experiences were very positive. I was greeted at the door by a salesman, Robert Oleskewicz wha cordial, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me several cars and I settled on one which drove and I was ready to make a purchase. I explained to Robert I had four payments left and I did not want to put anything down and I wanted to keep my monthly payments the same. Robert understood and wen to his boss Jason Gunn the same individual I had a bad experience with when I purchased my 2015 EXL Accord 7 months ago. He remembered me and I don't think he cared to see me again. He said they have no deals on CRV's so his bottom deal was nothing down, he would pick up the last four payments and my payment would be $295 mthly. I told him that was $20 more a month than I was paying now. He then asked Robert to show me a Civic, nice car and in my price range. I looked at it but I wanted to be fair to Robert and not waste any more of his time. We went back inside to see Jason and we told him my only interest was the CRV. He said he had no room to move as he was picking up my last four payments. I then said what if I picked up the last four a total of $1100 and the monthly payment stayed at $275. He said if he did that would I do the deal today and I said yes. We shook hands and he went to his office to put the offer on paper while Robert and I waited in the show room. When Jason came back to my amazement he said to get the car I had to put $1325 down (what happened to the $1100) and the payments would be $294, unbelievable. Now we had gone from nothing down and $295 a month to this. I ask, is this where HOFFMAN HONDA had stooped to? I told him no way he smirked and said oh well come back in June or 4 months and maybe he would have a better deal then. I said that would be assuming he was the only Honda dealer in the state and I planned on waiting that long or if I ever want to come back to HOFFMAN. I left and went to Sullivan Honda and in less than 60 minutes had the deal I asked at Hoffman, a better deal. $1000 down and $275 a month for the exact car including the color. My next deal will be at Sullivan, so should yours.. More
