Recently took my car in for regular service and expected
to be told I would need new tires. My service agent, Robert Munson, did indeed inform me that my back tires needed replacing. I had expected all 4 bu
to be told I would need new tires. My service agent, Robert Munson, did indeed inform me that my back tires needed replacing. I had expected all 4 but appreciated the honesty that only 2 did. I opted to replace all 4 and informed Robert that I liked the tires that were on it and would like the same. They were not in stock but he recommended another by the same manufacturer so I agreed. He told me it would be about a 2 1/2 hour wait. After an hour and a half he informed my car was ready. Yay! An hour I didn’t have to wait (although the dealer’s waiting accommodations are very nice). I was further surprised and happy to discover that Robert had found me a buy 3 get one free deal. Win win that day.
I have never been disappointed with the service I have received here for the past 6 years and will continue to do business here in the future.
