As a recent fire victim that lost their key fob in the fire, it’s inexplicable that Santa Monica Volvo would not waive the replacement fee. I’ve raised this with Volvo corporate. I’m disappointed in the e fire, it’s inexplicable that Santa Monica Volvo would not waive the replacement fee. I’ve raised this with Volvo corporate.
