I bought my 2016 Lexus IS 200T on September 17, 2019 & I always appreciate the excellent service that the Service Dept gives me.for maintenance. On September 1, I had a problem w/ the steering wheel of my c always appreciate the excellent service that the Service Dept gives me.for maintenance. On September 1, I had a problem w/ the steering wheel of my car, it became undrivable & so early in the morning I called up the Service Dept & Tina arranged the Roadside Assistance to look what emergency help I needed. The AAA technicians were able to jumpstart it & advised me that I can drive it to the Henderson dealership. From there Randy Anjeung my Service Advisor filled up the paper form & researched on my warranty to help me w/ finances. Luckily the Manager advised me to take the 5Year Warranty & the Sales Mgt really take the Customer’s best interest at heart. Since I had no prior appointment still the Service Dept Technicians did their best to finish my car the next day. And since I’m a clean freak I added extra black mat for protection. The technician left a message that Lexus wants safety so I was reminded not to add an extra mat on top w/c I now follow. Thanks to Lexus Henderson Staff for attending to this minute detail. More

All of the employees were definitely helpful and my car was even better when I got it. I do have to say though that my brakes needed to be changed a week later but I didn't know that and I thought if they was even better when I got it.
