Bought brand new Nissan Armada and was only given one key. Was promised key on the end of the week but it never came. Then was promised it was shipped to dealership but they said it got lost in the mai key. Was promised key on the end of the week but it never came. Then was promised it was shipped to dealership but they said it got lost in the mail. Salesman promised gas money for inconvenience but was never given any. Waited for new key to be made which took an hour and was told by service that they don't know what sales promised and said a free car wash was the best they could do. This is my 3rd brand new vehicle bought from Russ Darrow but will be my last if not made right for inconvenience of lost key, time, and gas money that was promised and never happened. More
