The chip retrofit service when well after waiting almost 2 years. However, no one took the time to explain the function of this chip and how it affects my driving. I also suggest that each dealership offer a class that customers could attend learning all the functions of your car. WOW! this would be absolutely wonderful and create a customer relationship that cannot be purchased. Do it before a competitor. More
