I'm prompted for regularly scheduled services (approx. every 5,000 miles). After scheduling my appointment and arriving on time, I was immediately checked in. I choose to wait for the service. While waiting, I am provided with a text number where I can check on the status. The work is regularly completed within an hour and a half. All of the costs have been covered by my contract. All the personnel from the check-in until the delivery after service are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There are service locations closer to me, but I greatly appreciate the service that I get at Koons Chevrolet GMC Clarksville. More

2015 GMC Acadia I made an appt with my guy Glen Mizelle and he pointed me in the right direction and found the truck I was looking for immediately. He was very helpfu I made an appt with my guy Glen Mizelle and he pointed me in the right direction and found the truck I was looking for immediately. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the vehicle, without giving the pressure to buy feeling. We even figured out the the odometer which was reading Km instead of Miles. Came in the a few days later to do my paperwork and Glen made it less tedious than it usually is by walking me through all the steps and making sure every page was signed. Then it was off to Rob in the finance dept to make sure all the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed. After the paperwork was done I got several "congratulations" from techs walking buy and even the manager. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
