4 MBs in 6 yrs from RobTinkham of MB of Boston says it all 3 new E350's over the past 6 yrs (latest a 2014 used daily) and now a 2015 SL550 replacing a Porsche (hard thing to do for a die hard Porsche custome 3 new E350's over the past 6 yrs (latest a 2014 used daily) and now a 2015 SL550 replacing a Porsche (hard thing to do for a die hard Porsche customer who has had 6 Porsches) says it all. Highest praise for pre and post sale service from Rob Tinkham who has been the primary reason I moved from a 15 yr relationship with Acura to MB. When I decided to move from Acura to MB I did an extensive search of all dealers within a 100 mile radius and was lucky to find Rob who is a pleasure to work with and has made it easy to move from one car to another at the right time. He was extremely knowledgable I went to see Rob Tinkham at Mercedes-Benz of Boston after a friend of mine raved about how amazing her experience was. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful in finding me the perfect car in my price range! He personally delivered the car to my driveway and spent ample time going through all of the features of the car and how to use them. The car was spotless. When I called Rob with a question on a navigation feature, he walked me through it effortlessly over the phone, and then offered to bring my car in for its first service. I am so pleased with my experience and will most definitely go back for my next car! More

I ultimately decided on another brand that seemed a slightly better fit, but I do plan on buying a Mercedes next time and I guarantee it will be from this dealer and hopefully from Rob if he is still there. I was recommended to your dealership by Jose Vezga to see Rob Tinkham. I was very pleased with Rob's professionalism. After owning a Toyota for the last 20 years, I am very pleased to now own a 2014 Merced Rob Tinkham. I was very pleased with Rob's professionalism. After owning a Toyota for the last 20 years, I am very pleased to now own a 2014 Mercedes GLK. My visit with Rob was very pleasant and informative. He took the time to listen to what I would be interested in and brought several vehicles for me to look at and test drive. I was very impressed when I drove the GLK. Although I was not certain about the color, I had asked Rob to look at other vehicle available in other colors besides the black or the white. He took his time looking and said " I have just the right one for you". He was nice enough to go with me to the port and look at this pebble grey colored one. I just fell in love with it and he drove it back to the dealership where we finalized the paperwork. I picked up my car 2 days later and have been very pleased with it. Everyone loves it.. I am hoping to stay in the Mercedes Benz family for a very long time. Thank you Jose Vezga for referring me to Rob, and thank you Rob for the great job you did for me.
