I stopped into Jannell Ford to explore trading in my Jeep Gladiator and switching over to a Bronco. I have owned several new vehicles over the past 20 years. My dealer experiences have been lackluster at best, so I had no expectations. Boy was I wrong. My salesman, Rob Silvia was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. I even got to speak directly with the General Manager, Bill Roderick. He too was refreshingly honest and trustworthy. Needless to say, thanks to these two gentlemen, I am now a proud owner of a Ford Bronco. I usually leave a dealership feeling dirty or having been hoodwinked in some way. Not the case here.
