I honestly didn’t think Northside Lexus could get any better but it just did.....today! My experience with service manager Rob Ochoa and service adviser, Ruben, was absolutely positively phenomenal!! Th better but it just did.....today! My experience with service manager Rob Ochoa and service adviser, Ruben, was absolutely positively phenomenal!! The time and attention they gave me was exceptional! I came to dealership to pick up my license plates and registration and encountered a mechanical issue with my car that was resolved immediately! Rob’s honesty and transparency is almost unheard of in the car business. When I left, I honestly felt like I had friends for life which is also unusual! This dealership is one of a kind and I will continue to do business here referring ALL my loved ones! I really can’t say enough about Rob Ochoa and the customer service provided by him!
