Dan... I have reached out to you numerous times and you have ignored the majority of the email where I have requested answers on this issue. Also funny it is you replying to this review after I was informed that you no longer worked there. The only thing that can rectify this problem is Suburban Chrysler of Farmington writing me a check as a refund for the car I purchased trusting that it was a good reliable car and it turned out to be crap. That now the warranty that I purchased though you guys does not want to pay for. Isn't that crazy!

I knew that Dan was not there? Yeah. I juts found out las night. Which makes it weird that he is the one responding. The point here is that I have been ignored or given the run around for almost 2 months. I purchased a warranty that now will not fix the vehicle. Make it right by reimbursing me and we can be done with all this. Thanks
