They are great. I had an extended warranty and that is most definitely a life saver. I bought a Jeep back in April. I'm out of state. They gave me 2 month temporary tags. However, they never sent me the temporary title I need to register and get plates in my sta I'm out of state. They gave me 2 month temporary tags. However, they never sent me the temporary title I need to register and get plates in my state. My temporary tags expired 14 days ago. I've called Kenny no less than 100 times trying to get them to send me the proper paperwork. Kenny tells me it's a third party's problem. That's when Kenny actually takes my call or returns my call. Half the time, no one at the dealership answers the phone. Took 3 days for Rob Love, the GM to call me back, after I left 5 messages. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service is terrible. I'm lucky to talk to someone at the dealership once a day trying to get an update on where my title is. More
