Big city dealership: efficient and all business but not much on the warm personal aspect. It felt like a production line from start to finish. The wait time was awful- 3 hrs and mostly waiting for finance much on the warm personal aspect. It felt like a production line from start to finish. I would not buy another toyota from Des Moines toyota just because of the service. Two weeks out scheduling just for an oil change is unacceptable. Very poor management is apparent.
