Big city dealership: efficient and all business but not much on the warm personal aspect. It felt like a production line from start to finish. The wait time was awful- 3 hrs and mostly waiting for finance much on the warm personal aspect. It felt like a production line from start to finish. The wait time was awful- 3 hrs and mostly waiting for finance paperwork only to end up paying 9.96% interest! I love my car but wish I would’ve gone through my regular car guy. More

I would not buy another toyota from Des Moines toyota just because of the service. Two weeks out scheduling just for an oil change is unacceptable. Very poor management is apparent. I am not pleased what's my purchase? They told me that there was a DVD in the vehicle. They told me that heated seats they told me it was gonna be a bright blue. There's so many things that are not here that were set and i'm paying a lot of money for this vehicle for it not to have it in it. Really wish I would have just waited. I don't think the john really knew what he was talking about when he was showing us stuff about the cars or vans. If I, could, I just bring it back. They were all very nice, but they're not very good about telling you the truth about the vehicle, and that means a lot when you think you're getting something else instead of what you're stuck with More
