I went in the Nissan dealership knowing I was in a bad spot and I needed a car that had low mileage and that was safe for my kids and I to be in. Rob took the time to pick out a couple different cars that were in my price range to look at and I fell in love with the Nissan Altima SR. We took it for a test drive and Rob told us all about the car and what all the features were on it. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at and compassionate when I told him my situation on having to get into a new car. I would highly recommend not only Nissan but Robert English because he has such a caring and genuine personality. I also worked with Gus in financing he was super funny and made the conversations easy. Nissan was also very busy that day and Gus was able to get us in and fill out all the paperwork we needed and was super fast with everything. He listened to my concerns and—displaying excellent professionalism—ensured the repairs were completely covered at no cost, given how recently I had bought the car.The service department addressed the problem immediately. Even better, while my vehicle was being worked on, Shawn personally coordinated with the rental department to provide me with a loaner car to drive.I am incredibly pleased with the entire sales and service team at Baker Nissan. Recommend getting a Nissan CPO else where. Finance manager is not honest about the certification fee. If you have to pay a certification fee, then the price of the car should be priced as a no Finance manager is not honest about the certification fee. If you have to pay a certification fee, then the price of the car should be priced as a non Nissan dealer’s price. Pricing a vehicle at a higher rate because it’s CPO and then charging the certification fee is double dipping. He will lie about it, but the truth is I bought a Nissan CPO a month ago before coming here to buy another. The argument of having to charge something to validate a contract is fine, but the other dealerships will even it out somehow so the certification fee is non existent. More
