My car-buying experience with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown was pleasant and efficient. I found the car on their website, which worked better than some other sites I searched. I called and scheduled an appoint was pleasant and efficient. I found the car on their website, which worked better than some other sites I searched. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day because it was a 3 1/2 hour drive each way. Rob said he would put a Hold on the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was parked out front. Rob gave me a key and told me to look it over. When I was done, I asked to drive it, which I did. The drive sold the car. I went inside and we talked terms. Rob was able to arrange attractive financing. I drove the car home that night. I never expected to buy the car that quickly. Rob and Tony stayed well past 5:00 pm on a Saturday night to finish up the paperwork. I would certainly consider them in the future. More
