Buying a used Jeep Wrangler I had spoken with the Rob Edmonds at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown about a used Jeep Wrangler they had recently listed. I made an appointment to see and I had spoken with the Rob Edmonds at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown about a used Jeep Wrangler they had recently listed. I made an appointment to see and drive the Jeep on July 1, 2015. Rob was there at the appointed time with the vehicle ready for me to see. The vehicle was more than I had hoped for and after as short drive I was convinced I wanted to complete the purchase. We went back to the show room and and within a matter of minutes we had agreed on the price. Rob was able to quickly complete the transaction including arranging financing. There was no "strong arming" or pressure of any sort which is a characteristic of a dealership that I admire. Within two hours the details were complete and I was able to happily drive off in my newly acquired Jeep. Their professional sales people followed up and sent additional details at my request. They cheerfully answered all my questions and went out of their way to help facilitate this purchase. From helping me arrange travel to their facility, booking a hotel and picking me up from my location and transporting me to their dealership they were professional at every step making my car buying experience truly exceptional. This was one of the few experiences where the quality of the vehicle matched the quality of the service. I paid a very fair price for an exceptional car, was treated with the utmost respect and the dealership's staff made it a very enjoyable experience.
