Overall Amazing Experience First of all, I don’t write a review for anything, not for my favorite place to eat, for nothing, but I had to write a review for Liberty Subaru in Em First of all, I don’t write a review for anything, not for my favorite place to eat, for nothing, but I had to write a review for Liberty Subaru in Emerson because I really had such an amazing experience. After a frustrating week of getting extremely high offers with no budging, not getting approved, and going through lot of hassle at other dealerships, I was so relieved to walk into Liberty Subaru and walk away only a couple hours after with even a better car than the one I originally intended to buy. Mr. Dan Cohen, Rob, and Kevin were so amazing at giving me a low offer right from the start, and getting me approved for an auto loan when I thought it wasn’t possible for me to get one through them. They were knowledgeable and precise while being honest, friendly, and quick. It was so nice to just sit back and let them do all the work as they walked me through the process with all the information I needed. I felt completely at ease and I felt like I was in good hands through the entire process. I really wish I would have started at Liberty Subaru, as it would have saved me a ton of headache and hassle. I am sure I will be a customer at Liberty Subaru for a long time. They are the paradigm what a dealership and car buying experience should be like. More

Communication from both Rob and Dan via email, phone calls etc. couldn't have been anymore prompt. I appreciate immensely both Rob and Dan's time in getting my paperwork processed and the car to me ASAP. I appreciate Rob coming in on his day off to deliver the car to me. I hope that when this lease matures that Subaru will have another car that catches my eye so that I can have the ease and friendliness of using Liberty Subaru again.
