Liberty Subaru did not bombard us with calls and we're not pushy over the phone. When we came to the dealership the staff was friendly and helpful and not pushy. We negotiated the price and feel we got a good deal. It was a relatively reasonable negotiating process.... We didn't feel like they were playing us or trying to rip us off. All in all we were there for about an hour. We love our new car! More

We showed up at 9am right when they opened and were immediately referred to Rick and Rob Bontemps who helped us with some test drives, He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable of all the cars we were looking at. He was happy to answer any questions and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. They were great with pricing and the overall experience was nowhere near the nightmare that I have heard car buying can be. Everyone was welcoming and the process was painless! I ended up purchasing a 2015 Forester and could not be more happy. I would recommend getting there early since by the time we left the place was filled with customers. Great experience! More

After a frustrating week of getting extremely high offers with no budging, not getting approved, and going through lot of hassle at other dealerships, I was so relieved to walk into Liberty Subaru and walk away only a couple hours after with even a better car than the one I originally intended to buy. Mr. Dan Cohen, Rob, and Kevin were so amazing at giving me a low offer right from the start, and getting me approved for an auto loan when I thought it wasn’t possible for me to get one through them. They were knowledgeable and precise while being honest, friendly, and quick. It was so nice to just sit back and let them do all the work as they walked me through the process with all the information I needed. I felt completely at ease and I felt like I was in good hands through the entire process. I really wish I would have started at Liberty Subaru, as it would have saved me a ton of headache and hassle. I am sure I will be a customer at Liberty Subaru for a long time. They are the paradigm what a dealership and car buying experience should be like. More
