The reason I chose to sell the CDJR brand is because of the HEMI and Cummins engines and the RAM truck. These three products are the best in the industry, hands down. I'm convinced that the RAM truck combined with either engine provides you with the best truck for your money. And will provide you with more profits in your business when you use it for your business. Absolutely the most truck for your money. I have been selling cars at Hayes CDJR for a little over 2 years, since retiring from the insurance industry after 23 years. My wife and I have been married for 28 years and we have 3 great sons and 3 wonderful grandchildren. My passion is spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.

I saw the Durango online and on sale. Ritch showed me the vehicle with the online price without any issues. I purchased the Durango, start to finish 2 and a half hours. Disappointed with Dishonest Practices at Hayes in Gainesville, GA I’m very disappointed in the experience my daughter and family had with Hayes in Gainesville, GA. My daughter, who lives in Florid Gainesville, GA I’m very disappointed in the experience my daughter and family had with Hayes in Gainesville, GA. My daughter, who lives in Florida, found a Sting Gray 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed for sale and was actively working with a salesperson to purchase it. Since she was out of state, she asked to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle while she traveled to trade in her car and complete the purchase. The dealership refused to take a deposit, stating that she would either have to buy it sight unseen or risk losing it to another buyer. Since we are local, my mom went to the dealership to check out the vehicle in person while my daughter secured financing through our bank. Instead of being helpful, the dealership was negative and dismissive about us using our own bank’s financing rather than their in-house financing. Despite this, we got financing approved and let the salesperson (Ritch) know around 8 PM, but he said he would “work on it in the morning” because he was off the clock and wanted to watch basketball—which was shocking given that we were serious buyers. The next morning, as my mom arrived at the dealership ready to finalize the purchase, we were abruptly told that someone else had already bought the Jeep using the dealership’s in-house financing, meaning their deal went through faster. To make matters worse, my mom was told that the “other” deal had been in process for weeks, which directly contradicted what we had been told earlier. She never even saw the car on the lot, raising even more concerns about whether the vehicle was ever actually available. The sales manager promised to follow up with my daughter to find another option—but that never happened either. Fortunately, we found a similar vehicle at Hendrick Jeep in Gwinnett, where my daughter had zero issues and was able to drive up and purchase her car without hassle. This experience at Hayes was incredibly frustrating, dishonest, and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership and taking your business elsewhere. More

It was very nice to finally have a salesman listen to what my husband wanted and not try to sell him something he didn't want nor need. It was over the top to have a salesman take the time to explain the what my husband wanted and not try to sell him something he didn't want nor need. It was over the top to have a salesman take the time to explain the vehicle and make sure he knew what did what. Thank you very much Rich. If the chance to send people your way comes about you can bet we will. More

Ritch was great when I purchased my Jeep Wrangler in November. He went to bat for me several times when I had issues with the door locks. I have had some issues still with the brakes pulling to left eve November. He went to bat for me several times when I had issues with the door locks. I have had some issues still with the brakes pulling to left even though dealership replaced the calipers. I have been disappointed with that part. It was the easiest purchase I have made when buying a car. He made everything go very smooth. Jeremy in the main dealership was a great help too. More

Ritch Wharton was the best salesman I have ever used to buy a car. He went above and beyond and actually went to pick the car up for me. He was also very knowledgeable about every question I had.
