Salesman/Manager refused to lower the price even though the following issues existed (They also refused to help remedy these issues pre-sale): -Truck was filthy on the inside (full of brown stains all the following issues existed (They also refused to help remedy these issues pre-sale): -Truck was filthy on the inside (full of brown stains all over the seats/ceiling/sun shades. -Bed of truck was full of dents/rust/shoddy paint repair on tailgate -Passenger headlight is malfunctioning (I swapped the bulb but the problem remains) -Salesman initially told me there was two keys, but upon arrival, I found there was only one. Salesman only offered to sell me a replacement post purchase, and claimed he was initially mistaken. -Aftermarket amp was left inside vehicle instead of removing it pre-sale. -Scratched/damaged headlight and Toyota emblem. -Salesman failed to disclose that the previous owner installed aftermarket headrests which are broken/loose/malfunctioning. After having shopped at multiple different dealerships for previous car purchases, I chose to shop at Toyota for a used vehicle as I believed it would be a better experience with better quality vehicles. This proved to be a mistake as the vehicle had multiple issues, most of which could have easily been remedied (or at least identified) during Toyota's "famous" quality control and refurbishing. It would have also been easy for Toyota to lower the price to compensate for said issues but this proved to be "impossible" based on how "low" the sales price was. Unfortunately my primary vehicle is now out of commission so I had no choice but to settle for the truck I purchased. I will not be shopping at a Toyota dealership in the future and I will go back to buying vehicles through private parties. More

Jessie made my purchase of my Tundra the easiest transaction I ever had at a car dealership. From start to finish, he was a gentleman. We began communicating via e-mail, so he knew my expectations transaction I ever had at a car dealership. From start to finish, he was a gentleman. We began communicating via e-mail, so he knew my expectations before I showed up in person. He had answers to all my questions and very quickly cut to the chase when I indicated I was ready to deal. After the paperwork, he answered every question I had about the new vehicle. He even transferred my custom license plate frame to the new vehicle without it ever crossing my mind. Even though this dealership is a long way from my home, I'd certainly go back, and I'd definitely call Jessie first. More

The experience was perfectly fine but it all should have been done in one day not a phone call after I left to come back because they got the price I was asking for. been done in one day not a phone call after I left to come back because they got the price I was asking for. More

I got the impression that they really didn’t want to sale a car. I bought a 4 Runner on Friday and when I went back to bring the title for my trade in they avoided me and I felt like I was bothering them. It a car. I bought a 4 Runner on Friday and when I went back to bring the title for my trade in they avoided me and I felt like I was bothering them. It was more about making money. I say this because we went to Bryan College Station Nissan and was treated so much better! We bought a 4 wheel drive truck the following Monday. They gave us more money for our trade in and had a much better experience! Will highly recommend the Nissan dealership over Toyota. More
