I dropped my car off to have the door replaced ( recall). It's been three months and I don't have my car back yet. I was called three times to come in and pick up my car, only to be told it is not ready. The It's been three months and I don't have my car back yet. I was called three times to come in and pick up my car, only to be told it is not ready. They punctured my tire side wall with a piece of metal and were going to plug it. Can you imagine???? More

Worse service ever! They don’t do what’s asked and don’t call you back. Was having a problem with my right front power door latch and after having them grease it multipl They don’t do what’s asked and don’t call you back. Was having a problem with my right front power door latch and after having them grease it multiple times I wanted them to replace it before my warranty expired. Got a call the part was in but then put a bunch more grease on it and put silicone somewhere in the door to shield it supposedly. Also delivered my truck back to me with grease all over the interior trim panel and the outside. They also decided to reset my oil change monitor without doing an oil change More

Colonial Ford of Plymouth is by far the best Ford dealership I have ever done business with. The staff is always friendly and attentive. My vehicles are always ready when promised, and their prices a dealership I have ever done business with. The staff is always friendly and attentive. My vehicles are always ready when promised, and their prices are more than fair. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I pass a few other Ford dealerships on my way to service my vehicles there, but I will drive the extra miles every time given the exemplary service that I consistently receive. More

My car was at the center for 9 days. I was supposed to hear back on a quote for the dents. I did not recieve any updates. I had to call three times to let you know I needed to get the ve I was supposed to hear back on a quote for the dents. I did not recieve any updates. I had to call three times to let you know I needed to get the vehicle. Communication was non existent...I didnt even know the service was completed until I called. Seems like when you have two departments collaborating on a repair there is no one driving it. Not impressed with the service. More
