Don't ever try to return a defective part at this dealership because you'll get the third degree despite the dealership BREACHING its two-year warranty legal requirements. They're all smiles when yo dealership because you'll get the third degree despite the dealership BREACHING its two-year warranty legal requirements. They're all smiles when you spend money, but god forbid you should want to do a return. And if they do actually accept the return they'll banish you from the dealership for life as they did with me and make up the most ridiculous lies and false reasons to actually try to justify their extremely POOR customer service. And the owner, oh boy, don't ever expect to speak with him, because he goes out of his way to avoid customers at all costs being fully aware of his deplorable customer service. This, while his rotten secretary has the nerve to tell customers who need to speak with this dealership owner, that they are being rude for asking. She's another piece of work!! Remember the primates in 2001 A Space Odyssey? Well the sophistication, compassion and understanding of these people is about the speed of those apes. Now I understand why so many people have STOPPED buying Mercedes Benz's and switched to other, more reliable and more credible brands of vehicles. Those dealership owners don't dodge customers and leave it to their egotistical and arrogant managers to handle their problems. More
