It was a great experience! We love the car! Regarding the dealership; I was so impressed by the fact that a damaged drink holder was replaced immediately after our discovery… Dan took charge and got us taken care of ASAP. I did not have to return to have it replaced. Regarding Greg Trask; worth mentioning was his assistance working with us when the bank’s reluctance to increase our maximum daily withdrawal limit (for a down payment) became an issue,… He allowed us to take care of the issue the following business day, and allowed us to drive the car off of the lot regardless of the present issue with JP Morgan Chase. Anita is responsive and sticks with you through your car buying process. I’m not the typical car buyer. I have zero interest in coming to the lot or test driving and Anita just matched my preferences for e buying process. I’m not the typical car buyer. If either or the Audi dealerships that I’ve bought / serviced my last 2 cars at could have been half as professional as Anita, I would have made a mistake and bought another Audi. Also, the finance individual that I worked with was very helpful and easy to work with. Apologies for failing to remember his name. The dealership is and comfortable to be at during the process, but I must complain that the process to complete paperwork and take your car home is intolerable to me. This would be my only criticism of the dealership. The car is great. I do find it frustrating that the “ultimate” comes with cheap floor mats. The dealership took care of this, but it just seems like they should include these type items in the pricing structure and not nickel / dime the buyer on these type items. More

I purchased an XC60 in 45 minutes. The sales manager Tim is straightforward and direct - soft-spoken but means what he says. He comes from a family of teachers and personally added on to my Volvo Teacher discount, as I am a teacher. We will buy our 7th Volvo (for our teen) here! Thank you, David Windholz!! My husband and I went out to buy a car for Me! Researched online best this best that, had some great vehicles in mind my heart was set on one in particular... like since I was i buy a car for Me! Researched online best this best that, had some great vehicles in mind my heart was set on one in particular... like since I was in my thirties. Made a list, map, agenda spending our Saturday test driving and looking. Our 2nd stop was VOLVO, where we were greeted by Finance Manager (she just happened to be outside), and soon after David Windholz. David was unquestionably the most pleasant part of our car buying experience. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, he knows VOLVO very well, how to operate them every little detail you think of after you leave and so much more, and he did not use any of the high-pressure sales tactics that sent us running out the door as you sometimes see at dealerships. He went above and beyond to get us what we wanted in my new car, extras and merch.. Next time we're in the market for another car, we'll go see David Windholz! Alexis Walls, FM and buy VOLVO.
