For 38 years, I have worked in the auto industry, learning more about the business and its vehicles and the clients we serve. Jason & Preston were very pleasant to work with. They were timely and prompt, plus they met my expectations and more for a car buying experience. We enjoyed the test drive and the walk around the dealership and speaking with service to see who'd be dealing with the car after buying. We also got a few deals in the midst of being there. Accounting was okay. Accounting is always a bit more tedious. But overall great experience. I look forward to returning for detail and tint. Everything went smoothly, we essentially worked out a deal over the phone. It was cool. Very up to date customer service. Loved this Honda experience it was better than my first. I'll be recommending you all to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Thank you and it was great doing business with you. More

I purchased 2024 Civic Type R from John Eagle. One week of ownership I had a small paint peel issue (manufacturer defect). I took it back to the dealership to get this repaired. He handed me my brand new car back completely covered with over spray. When I say completely, I mean my ENTIRE car was covered in over spray. He claimed he inspected it himself and said it was perfect. This guy has 40 years with Honda by way. They kept my car to fix from February 12 to March 8. They said my car was ready and fixed on march 1st and when I came to inspect it there was still over spray on my car so I rejected it. I spoke with the GM John Frazier and this guy doesn’t care about customers. He blamed this whole situation on me because he said out of recommendations his service director offered I picked the wrong one. He said my car will be ready for pick up tomorrow. I ask him how is this possible? I just saw my car today and it still have over spray. He claimed they will do what needs to be done. March 8, My wife and I arrive at the dealer ship met with the GM John Frazier, Richard Starr and Marcus Yates they escort us to inspect my car and right off the bat I checked the spots that I know that had overspray from when I rejected the car on March 2, then worked my way around and yup still over spray. I pointed the spots out and Marcus Yates and Richard star barely placed their finger tip on it and they look at each other and they say “nope I don’t feel nothing”. I show them serval spots and they deny. They say it feels normal. I shine a light on the black trim which you can clearly see over spray and they refuse to take a closer look and stand there and say “nope that’s not over spray”. My wife can tell the difference and asks the GM John Frazier to get involved and he barely touches it with his finger tip and says nope I don’t feel nothing. This is the game they want to play. They already had this planned out, which was to bully us. My headlight has very obvious over spray and I asked the manager Marcus Yates to feel it and he acts like he’s touching it and he’s just touch air. I said cmon man really? This fool crouches down and he starts dry humping my head light in front of my wife , in front of The GM John Frazier and the second highest person Richard Starr and they both stand there and watch him. Really? Is this the type of organization you’re running? John eagle damaged my brand new car kept it for over a month and didn’t complete the repairs BULLIED us into take our car back and didn’t reimburse me for ruining my ceramic coating $1400, and the also replaced my B and C pillars which I NEVER approved, which also had PPF that cost me $35 per panel. Bought a $50k+ car with my hard earned money only to have to it destroyed by the negligence of this dealer. More
