Mason was responsive prior to purchasing the Jaguar, however after we brought the car home, Adam was very distressed over a part where the adhesive had come off. He emailed, texted and left a message b however after we brought the car home, Adam was very distressed over a part where the adhesive had come off. He emailed, texted and left a message before closing around 4pm on Saturday. Mason didn't respond until Adam called on Monday. We understand this is a 'service' issue, but it was day 1 with the vehicle. Second, the finance original quote was 4.9%. Adams paperwork says 7.94% apr. I think this may have to do with new vs used financing rates, however, the car had 102 miles. This seems like some shenanigans with Land Rover finance obtaining an additional 3% on a 100k loan amount because the car was driven most likely by Land Rover employees prior to the purchase. We will have to refinance once rates improve. Adam works in the mortgage industry and is familiar with rates and refinancing. It's just a shame since this is a very significant purchase. We had a better experience buying a $55k jeep a few years ago. More

Still unhappy with your service department. Seems like they find insignificant issues and charge a lot for fixes. And they never seem to finish a standard maintenance job in one day. I sent two notes several years ago about several unpleasant experiences and never received a response. Denys did a nice job but I didn’t appreciate having to negotiate to get an offer within blue book value on my trade in Range Rover. It is the third I’ve bought from your dealership and wouldn’t expect to have to negotiate like that to get fair value. More
