A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN MY VEHICLE HAD UNDER 25OOO MILE AND WAS IN WARRANTY WENT IN TO SEE THE ASST GENERAL MGR "SAM" SAM SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT . GOT A CALL TODAY FROM SCOTT SEDLAC 25OOO MILE AND WAS IN WARRANTY WENT IN TO SEE THE ASST GENERAL MGR "SAM" SAM SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT . GOT A CALL TODAY FROM SCOTT SEDLACEK THE SERVICE MGR AT ETTLESON. HE SAID THEY ARE EREFUNDING HALF OF THE CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE' IM SATISFIED More

Smooth Rich has usually been the person I dealt with in this department, He is thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered. I had a Veloster for a short time, but my wife has had a couple sonatas over the past 8 years and Rich is always very knowledgeable about the mechanics and technologies within these vehicles. More

Great customer service provided. Because of the great service provided by Mr. Gibbons and his team. They made sure that I was comfortable while I was waiting and kept me informed as to what was going on. An excellent job was done with the service on car. My experience with Ettleson Hyundai I have owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 15 years. I have come back to buy another Hyundai last week at Ettleson Hyundai. Everyone, from the Service depa I have owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 15 years. I have come back to buy another Hyundai last week at Ettleson Hyundai. Everyone, from the Service department to the nice customer lounge to how you have treated me throughout the years has made me come back & also recommend them to my friends & family.
