The dealership was easy to work with on our first time leasing a vehicle. They took time to explain all the aspects of leasing. Deal was as advertised and we got a sweet deal. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. The service advisor didn't get to me until about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Normally that's a negative, but the reason he didn't get The service advisor didn't get to me until about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Normally that's a negative, but the reason he didn't get to me right away is he was answering every question the woman before me had for him. He made sure she was satisfied before moving on. He made no excuses, but I saw the reason for the delay and frankly, it was refreshing to see. While I waited service personnel and salesmen kept me busy with interesting conversation, which is always better than sitting there staring at the television or my phone. They did good work at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. The facility was clean and everyone was friendly, as usual. Extra services were mentioned, but absolutely no pressure was applied. Far better experience than the other Inifiniti dealership in the area offers, hands down. More
