I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer xx from Atlantic Infiniti Jacksonville and experienced a major transmission failure within weeks of ownership that required full replacement at a Ford dealership. I a Infiniti Jacksonville and experienced a major transmission failure within weeks of ownership that required full replacement at a Ford dealership. I also dealt with additional mechanical issues including a catalytic converter problem that resulted in significant out-of-pocket expense. While some repairs were covered under warranty, the overall experience was extremely frustrating given how shortly these issues occurred after purchase. I attempted multiple times to work directly with dealership management regarding possible goodwill assistance and followed up professionally, but unfortunately never received a response. I understand used vehicles can have unexpected issues, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and customer support after the sale. More

When They Say 'No Accident,' Double-Check Carfax Ladies, "used car salesman" did not become is a stereotype by accident. If you're walking onto Atlantic Infiniti's lot alone, be ready to double check, advoc "used car salesman" did not become is a stereotype by accident. If you're walking onto Atlantic Infiniti's lot alone, be ready to double check, advocate hard -- or better yet, shop elsewhere. I purchased a used 2022 Honda Civic Sport from Atlantic Infiniti as a surprise for my teenage son. When I asked directly if the car had ever been in an accident, I was told no. The salesman showed me a AutoCheck report to support this claim, but that doesn't excuse failing to disclose prior damage when asked directly. Just days later, during a routine recall appointment at Honda, a Carfax report revealed that it had been in an accident -- and Honda found nearly $5,000 in hidden mechanical damage. After lengthy negotiations, the dealership agreed in writing to fix the car using Honda parts -- and then left it sitting on their lot for weeks, blaming "warranty approval" for the delay. Calls and texts went unanswered. Only after escalating to the general manager and applying serious pressure did the repairs actually move forward. In the end, the car was fixed -- but not without a lot of stress, follow-up, and frustration. The sales experience was evasive and exhausting. If you decide to shop here anyway, apply my lessons learned: bring a mechanic, a lawyer, and a witness! Horrible HORRIBLE More

The dealership was easy to work with on our first time leasing a vehicle. They took time to explain all the aspects of leasing. Deal was as advertised and we got a sweet deal. Highly recommend working leasing a vehicle. They took time to explain all the aspects of leasing. Deal was as advertised and we got a sweet deal. Highly recommend working with Mark Mazumder.
