I also dealt with additional mechanical issues including a catalytic converter problem that resulted in significant out-of-pocket expense. While some repairs were covered under warranty, the overall experience was extremely frustrating given how shortly these issues occurred after purchase. I attempted multiple times to work directly with dealership management regarding possible goodwill assistance and followed up professionally, but unfortunately never received a response. I understand used vehicles can have unexpected issues, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and customer support after the sale. More
