Other sales agents Doug Finwall and Reggie Morton, that I encountered where also professional and where egar to help in any way. My entire experience was that I felt that I was part of the family rather than a customer. My experience in the Service Dept. with Mr Jeremy Collins was also excelent. He kept me informed on the status of my Ford pickup that I drove up for repair. He also explained the repairs and cost needed and time needed to make the repairs. However, when I got there I found out both of them had just been sold over the weeken I went to Kelly Ford to see two 2016 Mustangs I had seen online. However, when I got there I found out both of them had just been sold over the weekend. Reggie Morton was very helpful and showed me another one, but the mileage was a little higher than the one's I planned on seeing and it was a little more than I than I wanted to spend. Reggie and his sales manger were very willing to work with me to get the price to a number that I was willing to pay for it. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Ford Mustang and am very happy with my experience with Kelly Ford. More

Great Used Car Sale I drove by Kelly Ford on Saturday and saw a 2013 Mercedes Benz that caught my eye; I decided on Sunday to stop by. I was greeted by Reggie who walked I drove by Kelly Ford on Saturday and saw a 2013 Mercedes Benz that caught my eye; I decided on Sunday to stop by. I was greeted by Reggie who walked me over to the car and let me go through it at will. I liked what I saw and we went for a test drive; Reggie was a great salesman: he informed me about the car without making me feel pressured during any point in the sale. We settled on a price and I was off to see John in Dealer Finance. John was great at informing me about all of the financing options. He also gave me some great tips on refinancing my other car. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm glad that this dealership delivered on a pleasant car buying experience. Something very hard to find these days. More
